MEXICO IS A VERY COLORFUL COUNTRY, WHICH IS WHY MOST MEXICAN RESTAURANTS IN THE US FEATURE BRIGHT PINKS AND DEEP GREENS. I WANTED TO BE CAREFUL WITH MY COLOR SELECTION SO I LOOKED AT NATURAL HUES. I TOOK THE GREEN FROM AGAVES, BLUE FROM CORN, RED FROM EARTH, AND SO ON.
